From here, we intend on using the data and the feedback we gathered at the Rave On Air Show to push the concept forward. We want to develop the pulse reader and get it working through a Digital TV Set-Top box, so the broadcasting potential can be explored.
Using the pulse device, we also want to look into how this could be used in the gaming industry. The technology could easily be adapted to fit into the devices used at the moment on consoles and PC's, and opens up a whole range of ideas for personalising the gaming experience.
We also want to look furthur into the psychology behing the process. From here we can develop psychological profiling concepts, and how this could be used for market research, or even for medical reasons.
There is also research to be done in the area of communal influences. As anyone who witnessed the "booth" experience at the show will know, at the moment the experience is a very individual one. We want to explore the potential of the emersive environment, and how a group of people can contribute to the results instead of the individual.
